Our Story
Founded in 2024, the Makwarela Youth Development Agency (MYDA) was established with a singular vision: to empower the youth of Makwarela Location and surrounding villages within the Thulamela Municipality. Recognizing the critical need for support and resources to enable young people to thrive, MYDA has dedicated itself to fostering a nurturing environment where the youth can develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge necessary for their personal and professional growth.
Our Mission
At MYDA, our mission is to provide comprehensive support services to young people aged 10 to 35, helping them navigate the complexities of education, business, and personal development. Through our varied programs and initiatives, we aim to:
